Working in partnership with UK Sport and its branding agency, Thomas Miller, planning for the event started months in advance, scoping the venue and ensuring all visual equipment complemented the impressive graphics. To help make the branding ‘pop’, we installed a 6m x 3.5m Absen LED wall panel in the main room, together with 10k projectors which displayed a mix of video content and live footage. Haze machines and LED pointe lighting helped transition the main room from day to night.
It was the first time UK Sport tapped into our digital offering, with a bespoke digital guest registration platform developed for speedy check-in. Emoji feedback stations were also installed across the venue, providing instant delegate reaction to both the keynote and breakout sessions.
