Filming and production
Online fashion and beauty e-tailer ASOS hosted a trio of events all streamed live from their picturesque HQ in Camden, London. Our team filmed and produced all three streams following strict government guidelines and ensured their audience had maximum engagement across each event.
First up was the company’s leadership update, a yearly event that would usually be held in a beautiful venue which brings all senior leaders together to discuss the business’ strategy and teambuilding. This year we saw CEO Nick Beighton, host a hybrid version instead based out of their head office, a beautiful art deco building that used to be a tobacco factory. The event saw a small audience gather in person with the rest of the update streamed to the audience live.
Fast Forward initiative
Second was a landmark online event for their brand partners to hear from David Camp, the founder of the Fast Forward manufacturing audit programme. The event was delivered as their first step in their recent UK third-party brand commitment process which includes asking brands to publicly declare their UK supply chains and join the Fast Forward initiative which was founded with other retailers to tackle problems in UK manufacturing. Pulling in speakers and audiences from across the globe this event blended both live and pre-recorded content, Speakers included influential experts from ASOS, New Look, Human Rights Watch, and Fast Forward themselves.
Lastly the company shared their annual results, speaking about their FY20 performance, sharing insights of the impact of COVID-19 and looking forward at their growth. The event included a live Q&A panel hosted by CEO Nick Beighton and CFO Matt Dunn which allowed viewers to submit their questions throughout the session and then have them answered live. The event was recorded and edited and features on their PLC site for people to watch on demand.
