Arbonne Advantage Conference

Ambition

A record-breaking 2,250 Arbonne delegates flooded the NEC in Birmingham in September, for the premium health and wellbeing brand’s Arbonne Advantage Conference (AAC). For the fourth year, we delivered full technical event production together with providing set and exhibition design and build.

The AAC is a conference with a difference. A vibrant and energetic two-day gathering, the event includes main stage plenaries led by inspirational divisional leaders, an immersive product exhibition and glamourous after party. Welcoming consultants from the UK and beyond, the show celebrates the infinite possibilities of Arbonne.

Set and catwalk

First impressions were high on the list of objectives, so the main space needed to make an impact. The impressive set consisted of a 15m x 4.5m LED videowall plus four 5m x 4m 3.9mm LED panels and a 40m catwalk spanning the width of the arena floor. This was teamed with a stunning, colour changing PixelMesh booth, that played host to DJ AFISHAL who opened the event, creating a real buzz ahead of the day’s motivational VPs and performers.

Arbonne village

During the breaks, attendees made their way to the Arbonne village to see, feel and test out all the latest products. Our in-house stand builders designed and constructed the exhibition and experience zones, which were created to align with the premium brand’s clean, plant-based ethos, and included an inspiring mix of natural textures and greenery. We also injected a healthy dose of fun to the zones, sourcing a huge buddha statue, gigantic glittering pink shoe and see-saw – which generated some fantastic photo opportunities. 

Time to party

Following the day’s sessions delegates let their hair down at the evening party which included music from party band Ruby and the Rhythms and DJ duo, Freight Train. However, the showstopper was undoubtedly the gigantic glitterball, which graced the ceiling of the arena creating a stunning light show that was befitting for the crème de la crème of this health and wellness brand.

Kelly Lloyd-Sanderson, UK Marketing Director, explained: "The AAC is the biggest event in our UK calendar, and this year welcomed a record-breaking 2,250 guests. Not only was this year’s show the biggest we’ve held in the UK, the entire production was on an unprecedented scale for us.
